L'objectiu d'aquest treball és fer una comparació entre dues constitucions espanyoles: La Constitució de Cadis del 1812- la primera constitució que es va elaborar a Espanya- amb la del 1978, la constitució vigent actualment. El que he fet ha sigut analitzar quines diferències de contingut hi ha entre elles i explicar-ho pel diferent context històric en què es van elaborar. També he identificat analitzat aquells esdeveniments històrics que han intentat impedir la implantació o manteniment de sistemes democràtics a Espanya del 1812 fins ara, avaluant la implicació i les motivacions dels grups socials més privilegiats per fer-ho. I per últim, també faig una reflexió si actualment tenim una veritable democràcia o no.
My research work is to make a comparison between two Spanish constitutions: Constitution of Cadiz 1812- the first constitution that was drawn in Spain- and Spanish constitution of 1978, the constitution now in force. What I did, was to analyze what content differences between them and explain it with the different historical contexts in which they were developed. I have also identified and analyzed those historical events that have tried to prevent the implementation and maintenance of democratic systems in Spain from 1812 to date, assessing the involvement and motivation of more privileged social groups to do so. Finally, I also made a reflection about if we now have a real democracy or not.
